Carla Otto

Carla is the Director of Operations at Prowse Barrette LLP, focused on operational excellence and fostering a culture of collaboration with healthy work-life integration. She comes to Prowse Barrette LLP from Alberta Innovates, bringing experience in innovation, operational planning, finance, process optimization, business growth coaching, and employee growth. Prior to Alberta Innovates she was the Senior Director of Scientific Operations for Afexa Life Sciences, the COLD-FX company.

Born and raised in Edmonton, she enjoys masters swimming, cycling, and watching her son play hockey, as well as reading about innovation and best practices in business.
