Jane Kupolati

Jane Kupolati is a litigation lawyer at Prowse Barrette LLP with trial experience before the Alberta Court of Justice and the Alberta Court of King’s Bench. She values creative problem-solving and uses the law to develop practical solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs. Jane prioritizes negotiation and other alternative dispute resolution initiatives, while remaining a strong advocate in court when litigation is required.
Jane earned her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of York in the United Kingdom and completed her Master of Laws (LL.M.) at McGill University. She is a member of the Canadian Bar Association (CBA) and co-presented for the CBA on the effective use of streamlined trials in Alberta. Jane is also a regular volunteer with the Edmonton Community Legal Centre (ECLC), providing pro bono legal assistance to individuals with limited means.
Outside of practice, Jane is an avid musician and enjoys playing the piano and acoustic guitar.
