Tovah Moffat

Tovah maintains a general practice with a focus on Business and Corporate Law as well as Civil Litigation. She regularly advises clients in the areas of corporate governance, corporate ‎reorganization, contract negotiations, shareholder disputes, mergers and acquisitions, risk mitigation and debtor-creditor matters. She has represented clients before the Court of King’s Bench of Alberta.‎ She provides strategic legal advice to clients in these areas and puts the needs of her clients first.

When not practicing law, Tovah enjoys travelling, attending music festivals and spending time with friends. She also enjoys hanging out with her pets, a King Charles Spaniel called Mayzie and a Cat called Bijoux.
